Refund Policy

This Return Policy governs returns and exchanges for products purchased through Epoch Outdoors (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Customized, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange using either of the following methods:
Shopify Return Portal (Preferred):
Log into your customer account and request a return or exchange directly through the Shopify return portal, which is available
from your account page or by visiting:
https://shopify.com/43971346590/account/orders
Email Support:
Email support@epochoutdoors.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
If your request is approved, you will receive return instructions and, for eligible domestic orders, a prepaid return shipping label.
International returns must be initiated via email and require a return shipping tracking number before authorization is issued.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to charge up to a 5% restocking fee on returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
Depending on your bank, a refund may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
4. Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or replacement for a defective item, select “exchange” when submitting your request through the return portal or via email.
Replacement items are shipped after the original item is received and inspected.
If the new item’s price differs, we will refund the difference or request additional payment.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Domestic Returns:
A prepaid return label may be provided for eligible domestic returns. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
International Returns:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs on international orders. Duties, taxes, and original shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.
To initiate an international return, customers must email support@epochoutdoors.com with the following information:
- Order number
- The specific item(s) being returned
- A valid return shipping tracking number (from the carrier being used)
Once this information is received, we will review the request and provide return authorization and instructions to proceed. Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order upon receipt.
Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@epochoutdoors.com with photos of the issue.
We will cover shipping for defective items and either replace the product or issue a full refund.
7. Non-Returnable & Excluded Items
- Final sale items, including discounted products sold for 30% off or more.
- Gift cards, digital downloads, and accessories marked as non-returnable.
8. Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting support@epochoutdoors.com.
After 12 hours, standard return procedures apply.
