Shipping policy
At Epoch Outdoors, we strive to get your gear to you quickly and reliably so you can focus on what you love.
Processing Time
All orders (unless otherwise stated on the product page) are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. This shipping policy does not apply to items marked as “preorder.”
Shipping Time
Orders are shipped on the next available business day after processing, using the carrier and service level you selected at checkout. Transit times vary by carrier and destination.
International Orders, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout. Epoch Outdoors does not collect or control these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Refusal to pay required import fees may result in the package being delayed, returned, or destroyed by customs, and refunds will not be issued for refused shipments.
Order Changes
If you need to request a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@epochoutdoors.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate change requests before your order leaves our facility. Once an order has shipped or departed our facility, we are unable to make any changes, including address updates, item substitutions, or cancellations.
Non-Refundable Shipping Charges
All shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes original outbound shipping costs, as well as any return shipping fees.
Damages
Epoch Outdoors is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@epochoutdoors.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Please retain all packaging materials, shipping boxes, and damaged items, as these may be required to file a claim with the carrier. Failure to retain packaging or damaged goods may limit our ability to assist.
